Van won't start unless hold down gas pedal

What is your question?

Recently my apv won't start unless I hold down the gas pedal all the way to the floor. After engine warms up, it will start up fine, unless it sits for a while, then have to hold gas pedal down all over again. Getting harder and harder to start. Any suggestions?
