What is your question?
I was driving down the road, I slowed down to let a car turn my van stutters as if it's running out of gas and shuts off. I coasted to a parking spot and tried to restart it but nothing. After a few minutes I tried again and it started, I let it idle for a few and it cut off, did this 2 more times same thing. Tried to start it up again nothing so I waited and tried after a few minutes. The van started so I slightly pressed on the gas pedal and after of let off the van shut off again. Once the van turns off the engine and oil lights come on.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Letting off the gas it will almost immediately turn off but if I press on the gas pedal it stays running for a little longer but eventually it shuts off.
How long has your 2003 Dodge Grand Caravan had this problem?
Just started acting as if it wanted to cut off when I let off the gas and or making a sharp turn

Hello, you have a fuel / air / spark ratio issue. Either not enough or too much fuel pressure, not enough or too much air, or intermittent loss of spark. Diagnostic testing is required to find out what is going on. There's no way to know until you check for base engine fuel rail pressure, check for any diagnostic trouble codes, and checking ignition system performance.
