What is your question?
Truck stated running bad, like it was only running on two or three cylinders. Was always back fireing. Once speed reached mph, it ran a little bit better. Took in to check codes and it showed that massive air flow censor and O2 censors needed replaced. So we replaced them. That same day it still back fired and didn't really run any better. Then it quit running all together. Engine would start but would not go.

No! Codes never tell you that Oxygen sensors and Mass Air Flow Sensor need replaced! How frustrating from my point of view (and the point of view of every tech reading this that does their best every day to help folks like yourself the right way)! What kind of miserable establishment fed you that false information? Probably a parts store that gladly sold you parts you didn't need. Instead, a qualified technician, spending thirty minutes on your van (or 45 seconds via the Internet, even!) could tell you that when you have lean codes (like P0171, P0174) which some incompetent people use to condemn oxygen sensors and mass air flow sensors, AND you have backfiring that you should be looking for a fairly sizeable vacuum leak. Look at hoses. Look at the intake manifold gaskets. Look at an unmetered air leak into the intake. That is where your problem lies. That will set your codes and cause your backfire. Seriously, whoever pulled those codes and fed you that false information should really be held accountable. I apologize for my excited response, but it really makes me upset to see folks like yourself taken down the wrong path with obvious facts in hand.
