Other times it run just fine. No check engine light. Gauges (speedometer, oil pressure, etc) will be of and other times work OK. Now yesterday it barely ran at all. Idle was rough, and if I tried to put it in gear the truck died. Truck will start put a very rough idle and now I barely push on the gas pedal and the truck wants to die out.

Hello, There are two things I am concerned about here, and one that may or may not be an issue. Check that you do not have an active fuel leak, and have a back-pressure test run on the exhaust. The other thing is vacuum leaks may be developing, and the idle air control valve is also a suspect, unless the truck run just as bad when you give it gas. Do you have a check engine light on? Can you scan and post your codes here?
Fixing the leak tonight. Hope this will work, but I have my doubts. And yes I didn't think it be the o2 sensors, as far as I know depending on which one sensor needs to get to a certain temp. and my truck does it wether it's cold or hot. Plus I figured it would not work OK one day and not the next. I don't know much about the catlytic convertex, so that be a new one. How would you go about fixing a blockage? I'm becoming a regular mechanic since I got this truck. But I love this truck and if it runs it runs great, same when it runs shitty. Funny thing I never once had the check engine light come on, and the truck has 320000 miles on it.
Their is no check engine on. Did find an exhaust leak, the bolts to the exhaust broke, I hope this will do it. I can't run any codes right now. Seems like someone thought they needed the reader more than me. But it showed o2 sensor when I read the codes a few days ago. But I'm not sure if their bad.
Ok, don't replace the O2 sensors just yet, at least not until you can scan again. I hate when tools grow legs. I've painted most of my tools, even some of my snap-on stuff, bone white. I've never ran into anyone with white tools, and if I do, I'll paint mine pink or purple. Anyone can say what they want, but if I see my tools in another guys box, I know they belong to me. The exhaust leak will throw codes for the O2 sensors, and can make the engine run really rough, but I would not imagine the truck would be limited. My money is on catlytic convertex blockage, and I bet the reason this bolts broke was over pressure since one bank is flowing nicely and the other is being forced to pump air.
