transmission rough shift from 3rd to 4th gear

What is your question?

From start the transmission cycles from 1st to 2nd to 3rd smoothly then at about 2300 rpms from 3rd to to 4th is a rough transition. From 4th to 5th overdrive is as smooth (normal) as 1st through 3rd. The TCM was just replaced. I don't have a clue since replacing the TCM.
