The day I bought my van, it began to shudder when we came to a stop. When I took it in for the problem they could not repeat it so nnn it was doing it badnone day and I drove in to pick up the service guy so that he could feel it. He said it's almost like the abs system and told me to bring it back the next day. He dropped me off at work and drove it to the shop where he experienced the same thing. When he returned it to me, without a courtesy call, he told me that i had to keep the eco gas button turned off in order for it to not do that. While my van was in the shop having the cylenoid replaced after just 485 miles, they rented me a 2014 caravan from enterprise so we could take our scheduled vacation. We put almost 1600 miles on that van and not once did that van have this problem. I've contacted dodge and all they have done is send me an email to do a survey. What should I do next?!
