Jiffy Lube told me I needed a transmission flush (112,000 miles on the car)I had a flush at 70,000, I've recently read you should not have a flush. What should I do have done.

I am not fan of flushing a transmission. I like to get the oil hot drain it remove the transmission oil pan and change the filter then reseal, re-assemble and fill with fresh oil.
