Top bolt on exhaust manifold hard to get to, to remove

What is your question?

There is 1 bolt at top of exhaust manifold where the catalytic converter connects that is just about impossible to get to, to hold and break loose, trying to remove the Turbo and replace with new Turbo, I have sprayed with PB Blaster as well
