how do i do the timing change on a 2002 pt cruiser

timing is not adjustable. controlled by the computer. if you are referring to a timing belt, it is a very labor intensive job and requires a lot of expierence and tools. i reccomend a shop as you can do a lot of damage if you do anything wrong. Roy
it has a tming belt not a chain it probley expinsive 240.00 dollars labor plus parts
not easy unfortunately- have to probably replace water pump as well, and very difficult to get to. May have to rip out ac system just to do so. Adds on time and labor. But it's better than replacing a motor. (Went thru this myself)
