What is your question?
I was wondering if you have to have the throttle position sensor reprogrammed to the computer when you change the throttle body because it's made to it. I have had some people tell me that you do and I just wanted to find out for sure because if you do I need to load it on the trailer first while I can still drive it
How long has your 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 had this problem?
A few days

Hello, this engine does not utilize a throttle position sensor that can be serviced outside of throttle body replacement. The following procedure must be performed when replacing this throttle body: Disconnect negative battery cable from battery. Leave cable disconnected for approximately 90 seconds . Reconnect cable to battery Turn ignition switch ON, but do not crank engine. Leave ignition switch ON for a minimum of 10 seconds . This will allow PCM to learn throttle body electrical parameters. Hope this helps.
