while driving the errors of service traction control and stabilitrack flash and alarm. The speedometer will bounce (up and down 5-10 mph). the one time the entire instrument cluster went off and the throttle would not respond. the dealer now has it for the 6th time repairing and replacing computers and wiring harnesses. This has been an intermittent problem with no common set off, however it has been know to stop with a good bump. This is also an Explorer conversion van with a mobility lift installed.
What makes this problem better or worse?

This is not a typical issue, but it sounds like it is in the right place with the dealership.
They have GM engineers they can and do contact when these kinds of things come up. Hopefully they get it right, if not, I'd encourage you to seek out the nearest GM dealer for a second opinion.
