The service history shows two instances of battery failure in telematics control

Has the dealership replaced the battery, or tested it indicating it's good? That's what I would focus on. At worst, the 12 volt engine battery could be suspect. But in the past, others may have run the battery dead for reasons such as running accessories with the vehicle off. In any case, a new battery would be helpful but may not be essential.
