Problem Description and Possible Solution

The "Sync" wireless phone system may randomly loose "pairing" with the phone in use. This concern has been addressed with a software update which should be available from any Ford dealership service center at no charge.

The Sync wireless phone system will loose "pairing" on some phone randomly. This concern has been addressed with a software update available at a Ford dealership service center at no charge.
have paired phones, although hard to pair, and when finally paired it's for one time only. I have to try to sync and pair again.
1. Sync thinks that phone still connected when it is hung up, and I have to un-pair the phone, or I get no radio, and cannot use the phone; or 2. No phone connected, and have to re-pair the phone to the Sync.
since i bought the car the sync with my phone will quit for no reason...occasionally...
Also, the turn signal intermittently turns on and off or WON'T TURN OFF
since car turned over 50,000 mile...
