Hello, have you performed a fuel pressure test by having a manual gauge on the fuel rail to see what is going on? I bet you'll find the fuel pressure is not the concern. Ignition spark, ample air to the intake are two other elements that are essential, as long as properly functioning emissions controls. Hands on testings is need to find out what's going on.
