Check engine light came on after having a transmission valve replaced. Mechanic had told me if light comes on again, I'll need to have the transmission looked at. Light came on three days later, stayed on for a week.

So I called the dealer, made an appointment. On the way to the shop, my low fuel light came on and when that popped on, check engine went off.

Got to the dealer, no codes at all in the system. When I told him that the light went off when the fuel light came on, his only response was, "Seriously?"
