Second row DVD player not working

What is your question?

2015 GMC Yukon XL, the second row DVD player isn't showing video, still plays on main screen in front while in park and in 3rd row dvd, looks like the screen is getting power but it doesn't display. Any ideas?

This could be a faulty screen. It's rare but it's basically just like a TV screen and they can fail. If you are under warranty and they are factory it should be covered. Alex
