Don't have an answer except that I have same problem with my 2012 S550 and have test driven several 2011, 2012, and 2014 S550's and determined the problem only exists with 2012's. This was the first year of BluTech and I'm guessing this is the cause of rough/loud starting, a problem that MB resolved after 2012. Is your MB a 2012 ?

Changing the engine motor mounts and the transmission mounts solved the problem. My 2007 s550
