If you know your battery and terminal connections are for sure good, try this: There's a starter relay in the Power Distribution box under the hood. There should be a ID guide under the box cover. The starter relay is the same as some of the other relays and you could pop it out and swap it for another relay that you know is good. It's possible that the starter relay is failing. That's the quickest thing to do. Next, Id check power at the starter cable (should be 12 volts) and the starter solenoid trigger wire that the relay should energize. Should be 12 volts when you hit the start position. If these conditions are good, maybe you have a defective starter.
