The power steering pump went out and was replaced with a few new ones from different makers and it still will not work..

Hello, I'm nearly positive that the power steering pumps, if installed properly, are working just fine. It is the power steering lines, and the power steering rack and pinion gear that I am concerned about. Also, the system has to be self-bled to work properly. Before anything else, raise the front end and support it with jackstands. The tires should barely be off the ground. Then, turn the steering wheel from lock to lock about 40 times. Turning fast will not bleed the system properly. Make sure the power steering reservoir has fluid at all times during the process. If that does not work, make sure the lines are connected properly, and no leaks. If everything is correct, you either have a blocked high-side hose, or a bad seal in the steering rack.
