Replace Windshield Fluid reservoir

What is your question?

Windshield Washer fluid light shows no fluid. Reservoir under car was damaged, need to be replaced or repaired. The windshield fluid motor works, but reservoir will not hold fluid, possibly tube was disconnected or hole in reservoir.

What makes this problem better or worse?

Reservoir leaks or tube is not properly connected anymore
