i purchased 4 recap tires, in order for my van to pass inspection, but , now, when i put on my brakes my van moves quickly to the right then the left, what could be wrong now?

If this just started after installing the tires, then you need to take this back to the shop that installed the tires. This sounds dangerous, and if this is from the tires it is very dangerous. Be careful and have this looked at today!
