The defrosting and defogging functions for the windshield as well as the operation of the hazard lights may not function as designed due to a concern with the Interaction Bar, which activates these features. This can cause a lack of needed visibility for the driver and to other drivers, which can increase the risk of an accident.

You must contact and visit a BMW dealership to perform recall repairs on your BMW vehicle. The schedule for BMW to contact known owners of affected vehicles is during September, 2023.
