The malfunction indicator light for the electronic stability control (ESC) and anti-lock brake (ABS) systems may not illuminate when a failure occurs due to a software concern. If a warning of system malfunction does not illuminate, the driver may not be aware of a malfunction, increasing the risk of a crash.

Recall repairs on your Dodge or Ram vehicle must be performed by a Dodge or Ram dealership. Fiat Chrysler (FCA) will notify known owners of affected vehicles beginning in March, 2022. If you do not receive a notification, but wish to check to see if your vehicle is included, please contact one of your local Dodge or Ram dealerships. They will also check for any other incomplete recalls on your vehicle.
