Fuel may leak from the fuel rail at the fuel injectors due to a manufacturing process concern that may have allowed particles to become trapped between the fuel rail and injectors. This increases risk of an engine compartment fire.

Recall repairs on your Mercedes-Benz vehicle must be performed by a Mercedes-Benz dealership. Mercedes-Benz will notify known owners of affected vehicles beginning in February, 2022. If you do not receive a notification, but wish to check to see if your vehicle is included, please contact one of your local Mercedes-Benz dealerships. They will also check for any other incomplete recalls on your vehicle. How many recalled cars can the dealer repair each day (while also doing their daily service business)?

Recalls are unrelated to your warranty coverage. Any recalls that are issued for safety-related items on your vehicle will be repaired by the vehicle manufacturer at no cost to you.
