For Super Cab vehicles, the fixed position rear seat headrests restrict proper installation of the child safety seats. Also, the lower attachment anchors for child seats do not attach properly. This leads to improper installation of a child safety seat which can lead to injury in an accident.

Recall repairs on your Ford must be performed by a Ford dealership. Ford will begin notifying known owners of affected vehicles beginning in November, 2021. If you do not receive a notification, but wish to check to see if your vehicle is included, please contact one of your local Ford dealerships. They will also check for any other incomplete recalls on your vehicle.
