The passenger seat limiter may allow the seat to be positioned too close to the air bag. This can cause increased risk of injury to a passenger positioned too close to the passenger frontal air bag in a collision that causes deployment of the air bags.

Recall repairs on your Mercedes-Benz vehicle must be performed by a Mercedes-Benz dealership. Mercedes-Benz will notify known owners of affected vehicles beginning in May, 2021. If you do not receive a notification, but wish to check to see if your vehicle is included, please contact one of your local Mercedes-Benz dealerships. They will also check for any other incomplete recalls on your vehicle. Recalls are unrelated to your warranty coverage. Any recalls that are issued for safety-related items on your vehicle will be repaired by the vehicle manufacturer at no cost to you.
