The original equipment supplied tires, Sumitomo Falken ZIEX CT50 A/S tires in size P255/50R20 104V with date code 1619 may have been manufactured with an incorrect rubber compound. This could cause the tread to separate from the tire and detach, increasing risk of a crash.

Recall repairs on your Mazda must be performed by a Mazda dealership. Mazda will notify known owners of affected vehicles beginning in December, 2019.
