Recall Details

For commercial vehicles modified by Unicell Body Company, Inc., the back up camera image displayed on ASA Electronic Voyager monitors may be reversed and can lead to confusing the driver. VCI will work with ASA to provide a remedy and will notify vehicle owners to repair the vehicles free of charge to resolve the concern.

Our Quick Take

For commercial vehicles modified by Unicell Body Company, Inc., the ASA Electronic Voyager monitors used to display back up camera images may unexpectedly revert back to factory default settings, causing the camera image to be reversed. This can confuse the driver into turning the wrong direction to avoid an object and lead to an accident.
