Brakes
Owners could be confused by the incorrect label on the brake fluid cap, potentially causing them to replace the brake fluid with an incorrect fluid which could affect brake performance, increasing the risk of a crash.
The label found on the cap for the brake fluid reservoir may be inappropriate for the vehicle, and the owner's manual kits may be the version created for European markets. This could cause vehicle owners to be confused by the incorrect brake fluid cap label, leading them to add inappropriate fluid to the brake fluid reservoir which could cause brake system malfunctions and possibly loss of brake performance. This could result in a crash.
