The manual transmission clutch may fracture, resulting in damage to the transmission, and a fluid leak. For Focus vehicles, dealers will update the software that detects and prevent prolonged clutch slip and will replace the clutch as needed. For Fusion vehicles, the clutch assembly will be replaced. Both vehicles will be repaired free of charge to resolve the concern.
