Fuel may leak from the fuel tank, due to a deformity during manufacturing where the recirculation pipe is welded to it. Dealers will inspect the recirculation pipe weld and replace the fuel tank if needed free of charge to resolve the concern.

Recall repairs on your Mazda must be performed by a Mazda dealership. Mazda will notify known owners of affected vehicles beginning in November, 2016. If you do not receive a notification, but wish to check to see if your vehicle is included, please contact one of your local Mazda dealerships. They will also check for any other incomplete recalls on your vehicle.
