The fuel filler pipe may rupture and cause a leak and fire hazard in an accident. Dealers will alter the attachment between the fuel filler pipe and the left rear side of the bracket of the fuel filler pipe free of charge to resolve the concern.

Recalls on your Mazda must be performed by a Mazda dealership. Mazda will notify owners of affected vehicles starting in March, 2016.
