Recalls on your Cadillac must be performed by a Cadillac dealership. General Motors notified known owners of affected vehicles beginning in August 2015. If you did not receive a notification, but wish to check to see if your vehicle is included, please contact one of your local Cadillac dealerships. They will also check for any other uncompleted recalls on your vehicle. How long it takes to fix a recall depends on many different factors:

How many recalled cars can the dealer repair each day (while also doing their daily service business)?

Recalls are unrelated to your warranty coverage. Any recalls that are issued for safety-related items on your vehicle will be repaired by the vehicle manufacturer at no cost to you.
