LEAKED POWER STEERING FLUID ONTO HOT ENGINE COMPONENTS COULD CAUSE A FIRE.
A failure of a crimp in the power steering pressure hose may cause a fluid leak. Dealers will inspect and replace affected hoses free of charge to resolve the concern.
Dodge notified owners of affected vehicles starting in December 2010. You can check with your dealer to see if your vehicle is involved in this program. It is helpful to have your VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) on hand when you contact them. The Dodge recall number is K26.
