DRIVING THE VEHICLE WITH TIRES THAT ARE NOT PROPERLY INFLATED COULD RESULT IN TIRE OVERLOADING, PREMATURE OR IRREGULAR WEAR, AND/OR POOR HANDLING INCREASING THE RISK OF A CRASH.
Three vehicle information labels are missing from some vehicles. These labels share tire size and pressure information, vehicle certification standards, and components used in manufacturing the vehicle. Not having these labels installed could lead to a lack of proper education and information about the vehicle, and cause abnormal tire wear and vehicle handling. General Motors has sent the three stickers to all affected vehicle owners. The owners may install the labels on their own, or they may visit a dealership for free installation. This recall began on December 22, 2009. The General Motors campaign number is 09322.
We at RepairPal have designated this a medium priority recall. Please contact your Cadillac dealer. They will check to see if your specific vehicle is affected and advise you on what to do next. Always have your vehicle identification number (VIN) handy when you call.
