The nuts securing the front control arm and tension strut to the wheel hub were not tightened to specification and could loosen over time. If the nuts loosen, vehicle handling and control would suffer, increasing the risk of a crash.

Recalls are unrelated to your warranty coverage. Any recalls that are issued for safety-related items on your vehicle will be repaired by the vehicle manufacturer at no cost to you.
