The transfer case for the all wheel drive system may develop an oil leak, which can cause low oil levels in the transfer case, leading to the wheels locking up while driving. This would increase the risk of a crash.

You must contact and visit a Mitsubishi dealership to perform recall repairs on your Mitsubishi vehicle. The schedule for Mitsubishi to contact known owners of affected vehicles is during September, 2022. If you do not receive a notification, but wish to check to see if your vehicle is included, please contact one of your local Mitsubishi dealerships.
