TRUNK MOTOR QUIT ON MY 2004 ELDORADO..I just ajusted the worm on the motor all the way down to closed position..
Works fine..close like a manual trunk...
my trunk auto close just stopped working. I changed the fuse and it still doesn't work/ pull it down and close all the way.
Please help. Even just to get it to close or become manual closing.
Thanks.
Joe.
after thinking it was the motor and replacing it, i still had the problem. the checked the power, the only thing left seemed to be the switch
Trunk will not release from trunk release button along with the gas door release. No lights work for map or dome purposes and no interior door lights or interior lighting is working. Fuses are GOOD?
the trunk opens electronically, but does not shut. i currently have the trunk duct taped b/c i am desperate. i went to 2 shops and they both said that they had no idea how to fix the problem. help!
