Rattling

The lift that your car has been checked on. were the wheels suspended or was it a drive on lift were the car would be as it would be ride height wise as it would be on the road? It sounds like it's a heat shield problem but it would be best to check the car at road ride height suspension "loaded".

You can always drive two wheels onto a curb and crawl underneath...
