I have a 2003 Eurovan that became a 2004 Rialta. Once I get up to speed, the noise goes away, but when accelerating the muffler is very loud. The muffler was replaced in the last month. I have heard there is a "valve" to keep the muffler from resting on something that may need to be replaced.
Any great ideas?
I bought a 2003 vw eurovan at a police auction, and when I went to pick it up I was told there was no keys for it.this van was seized from a house in a drug raid. wich is where it was left by whoever had stolen it! the ignition cylinder had been broken out.so I just want to know is there a way to bypass this antitheft thing or a way to just wire up a regular ignition, instead of buying factory part from vw?or any type of fix for cheap?

Problem originally just happened when we drove up the hill we live on with a full car. A knocking noise would occur and then stop when you let up on the gas. Problem then started to happen at different times in different driving conditions. Most recently the noise would happen when I am on the freeway at speed and the knock would start slowly and then build up to almost constantly. I just had the water pump changed, thought it was that, but problem continues with new water pump.

I need an on/off propane valve for my 1997 Eurovan Camper. Does it require a special excess flow type of valve or will a regular valve work?
Hard starting in the morning but if I stop and turn engine off it will not start again until much later and barely then. Runs ok when it finally gets going.
The lights in the rear located in the Galley section, when I use the test button, nothing lights up. The rear battery appears to have some juice left, as the interior lights in the rear and the water pump for the sink and rear shower area work
Hi, my 1997 VW Eurovan hard shifting from 1st to 2nd and third gear is too short. I went to transmission shop and they said this is a valve body. They change it but it didn't work. Next they said they need to rebuild transmission. They did it but it didn't work two. After that they said I need a new transmission control module. I bought it but it still doesn't work. Any suggestions. Thank you very much.
My running headlights are fine, but when I turn on the headlights for night driving, I get no beams, low nor high. I do have dash lights, side orange lights and tail lights come on. All fuses are good. Since the running lights work, I'm thinking the bulbs are good. Since the other lights come on, I think the switch is good. Is there a relay that might be faulty? I'm not sure what the problem could be. Tnx. for your help. D
The check engine light has given me error code 00515. The problem has been identified as a bad ECM module, resulting from the replacement of my exhaust system (this is what I was told by the shop that did the damage). Does this make sense? Looking for a replacement module or repair of my current ECM. Part # 023906024A
When engine shuts off the headlight are now staying on and are very dim. Drains battery
