What is your question?

I need to access to fuse box (the cigarette lighter blew) any thoughts? It's hard to reach at it. Do I need to unscrew the bottom panel to get to it? Thanks!

It's under the dash on the drivers side foot well on the right. The fuse I believe is number 13 and should be a blue 15amp fuse, there is a handy spare in there especially for it
