I have a Peugeot 307cc The car opens with the key immobilizer. But won't start?

What is your question?

Car will not turn over when input the in the ignition. Just says car has activated In economy mode. Immobilizer locks and unlocks car. Exclamation mark came and said something about computer not working properly?
