What is your question?
I purchased new tires for my Prius, at 35,000 miles. After the first rotation 10,000 was returned to me with loud thumping and whirring noises (helicopter). After a few days in town driving I went back and was told take a longer trip they should be fine. At another 5000 miles, I was told the previous balance used the wrong type of weights to balance the tires. Next 5000 miles the tires have indeed coupled and are wearing badly. They said I needed to replace my rear shocks and buy new tires. Yes, I drive a lot for my job, and 35000 so far for this year. I purchased a life time alignment with these tires and I yet to receive even one alignment from this franchise they always have some issue.
How long has your 2020 Toyota Prius AWD-e had this problem?
Alignment showed that the right rear had a -1.7 chamber and that there was no adjustment for this issue??
