Reversed jumped the car runs but dash is out, power windows and radio and a/c?

Check all your Fuses. Most likely blew a fuse or several by jumping it backwards. Replace the blown fuses and all should be good. It is most likely going to be a higher amperage fuse like a 40amp or more and it will look like a colored Sky Scraper building with a glass roof. Inside the "glass roof" you will see a O with 2 solder joints, if the O looks like a C then the fuse is back and needs replaced. Good luck!
