Ground wire rear brake and turn signal

Hello, Check for power at the socket when you press the brake pedal, and check for ground at the socket both powered and released. If the ground is bad, you will likely find it connected to the chassis on the inside of the rear trunk liner behind the tail-light. Good thing here is there aren't many places to hide it on the MR2. Before you do all that, just put the bulb for the other side in the side that isn't working. The bulb might just be bad.
