Actually, the timing belt should be replaced every 60,000 miles, so if you have not done it then you are over due according to the maintenance book online. A good quality kit with the water pump, the tensioners and the belt is about $200 plus the labor, which runs 6 hours, plus coolant. So, if the labor is $600 and the kit and coolant is $250 with tax then the T-belt job is $850 or so.
