2001 Toyota Landcruiser with 110,000 miles in good condition with standard maintenance completed. Feel occasional slight thumping when pressing or depressing accelerator pedal?

The throttle housing at the top front of the engine is a complex thing on that engine. Its got throttle position switches, throttle control actuator, accelerator position switch and more. It may be normal operation or the throttle motor binding.
