I've changed mass air flow meter. Plugs ,cap, wires and rotor. Even changed evap canister because of tank pressure.

Check the EFI solenoid under the hood on drivers side, over the wheel well. It is a 'round can'... When it is cool (after 20-30 minutes, when replaced with a cool solenoid, etc), when cool it will engage, providing power to the Electronic Fuel Injection system. The problem is likely a bad ground or corrosion in the connectors in the relay/fuse block. I finally fixed the problem by using another 12v auto relay and cleaning and soldering new terminals on the wires. The bad connectors create resistance in the wiring... Resistance causes heat, heat increases resistance... The relay doesn't get enough juice to engage the EFI until the wiring cools. The relay responsible will be the one that you need gloves or rag to remove. ;) Replacing the relay is a 'Temporary' hack... Fix the wiring... Solder and shrink-wrap the connectors... the Carry an extra relay...
