landcruiser turbo diesel just cut out all fluids ok it just stopped

restart sounds like its turning over too fast like it lacks compression was told it might be solenoid on fuel pump / pump was recoed a few years back but not many klms since rebuild

What makes this problem better or worse?

just stopped
