What does this mean? Can I take it anywhere or should I go to a Toyota dealership?

you should check the book in the glove box first, its tells you about those light and what they mean, from what I read when putting the car in 4x4 the vsc is turn off, this is ok vsc stand for Vehicle Stability Control Thanks Bills On Broadway
